Reid Partlow founded Partlow Technologies in 2025, bringing 20+ years of network infrastructure and IT leadership experience to public and private ISP projects.

As Board Director and VP at PogoZone/Sound Internet Services, Reid helped grow the company’s customer base from 200 to 3,500+ and co-led its transition from a Layer 2 to Layer 3 network architecture, including establishing an ARIN Autonomous System with multi-homed BGP across several transit providers. He co-led the successful bid and construction of a $2M 10G public fiber network in partnership with the Port of Bellingham — the first phase of a three-phase, $10M+ fiber infrastructure program — bringing high-speed access to roughly 500 previously underserved households in Whatcom County.

Reid also serves as VP of Technology for a North American manufacturing organization, where he has scaled enterprise network and ERP infrastructure to support its growth from a small single company to a 10-company U.S. and Canadian organization. With a dual background in hands-on ISP network architecture and operations and enterprise-scale technology leadership, Reid brings a vast amount of knowledge to businesses looking to scale and improve operations.

Reid holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Washington University and a BS in Information Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology.
